Traveling with a larger group? For parties of more than 5 and up to 10 guests, inquire about booking the other half of the duplex, located right next door, for additional space and privacy.

Additional Details

• Pet friendly (dogs only) – pre-approval required
• Pet fee: $250 per pet plus tax(max 2, 50lb limit). Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture. If pet hair is found, an extra fee equal to the cleaning fee will apply.
• No cats or other animals permitted
• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles (3 with trailer)
• Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.
• Boating: One boat and one trailer allowed; additional boat subject to extra fee
• Boat trailers must not block the right of way — parking available at Key Colony Beach trailer lot for $125/week
• No RVs, campers, or motorhomes allowed
• Must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay
• No smoking indoors
• Signed guest agreement required prior to check-in (sent via DocuSign – please provide an email address)
• Cancellation policy: 3.9% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
• Starter pack provided: paper towels, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & sponge
• Max occupancy is set by the City and may not equal total bed count — please review bedroom details carefully
• Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Seaweed may be present depending on the time of year — this is a natural occurrence in the Keys
• Peak Season: Saturday–Saturday rentals only
