The property offers ample parking, space for boat and jet ski trailers, and convenient dockage with a maximum control depth of 3 feet. Each of the four bedrooms includes a TV with cable, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all.

*Pool/spa heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.

*Pool heat must be purchased for spa heat to be turned on

* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
