Inside you will find a beautiful open kitchen and dinning concept, along with newly furnished living room. Large master bedroom suite with king size bed, attached bathroom, and patio door with private access to wrap around patio. There are also two guest rooms in the upper level, both with queen beds. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen bed. The lower level has a guest room with King size bed, and one twin, along with an attached bathroom. Property features: 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, Sofa with queen pull out bed.

*There is not interior access to the ground level bedroom (king & twin beds). The bedroom must be accessed through an exterior staircase.

* "Linen fee" is actually the damage waiver. Read more about it in our guest agreement.

*Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.

* A 3.9% fee of entire booking amount applies to ALL CANCELATIONS.

* Pets are considered on a case by case basis and only after a paying a pet fee. Please do not book this home if you plan on bringing a pet without checking with us first

* Guests have no use of the garage

* Security cameras facing driveway, trailer parking & owners boat/ boat lift and record both video and audio

* Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Kindly note that Owner’s car and boat trailer remain permanently parked on side of the home.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

* This home may only  be available from Saturday - Saturday during peak season.
